Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, and Grief
I provide telehealth therapy services for adults 18 and older in Florida. My focus is on helping you rediscover joy, heal, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate a mindful life that encourages growth and wellness.
Qualified supervisor for Florida registered mental health counselor interns.
Who can benefit from therapy?
The short answer is: everyone! Therapy can benefit anyone because we all need support throughout our lives. While family and friends can offer valuable help, sometimes we need an outside perspective to better understand our experiences and delve deeper into our emotions. Therapy fosters growth and insight, revealing solutions we might not have realized were available to us.
Does this sound familiar?
You want to be present and enjoy life, but instead, you find yourself:
Feeling anxious, restless, or tense
Experiencing a sense of impending doom
Struggling with fatigue or weakness
Having difficulty concentrating
Losing interest in things you once enjoyed
Dealing with ongoing sadness
Struggling with sleep
Withdrawing from loved ones
Feeling worthless
Perhaps you feel that your symptoms are concealing the real you, with anxiety holding you back from reaching your potential and depression making you feel trapped in a dark place. These symptoms can impact your home life, work relationships, and overall outlook on life. But imagine if you could reduce or even eliminate these symptoms. By learning effective coping skills and identifying triggers, you can minimize your symptoms and start enjoying life once more.
Life doesn’t have to remain this way.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
● You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
● Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
● If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
● Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
